- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Once we receive a valid notice of alleged copyright infringement, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the user who uploaded the material. If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake, please send a counter-notice containing the following information:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A description of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it was before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Digital Pradesh may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who reported the alleged infringement.

We will replace the removed material after we receive a valid counter-notice, unless we receive notice from the original reporting party that they have filed a legal action to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
